KEP, CAMBODIA – The Cambodia International Film Festival (CIFF) in partnership with “Arts For Kep” proudly presents “CIFF 360” in Kep, a new initiative to bring the magic of cinema to Cambodia’s provinces. From 23 to 25 May 2025, this weekend event will offer free film screenings and interactive activities in the culturally vibrant setting of Kep Province, with attendance of filmmakers and special guests.
CIFF 360 in Kep will host screenings at iconic venues including The Wave @ Kep West, and The Lounge @ Kep West Wellness Center at daytime, creating an intimate and engaging atmosphere. The festival kicks off with an Opening Night on 23 May featuring John Pirozzi’s acclaimed documentary “Don’t Think I’ve Forgotten: Cambodia’s Lost Rock and Roll”, celebrating the vibrant music scene of pre-Khmer Rouge Cambodia. Special highlights include the Cambodian-Canadian film Loot: A Story of Crime and Redemption, a powerful exploration of cultural heritage restoration presented in the presence of the Cambodian Director OUCH Makara, alongside Cambodian indigenous short documentaries and films on Cambodian life crafted by young filmmakers trained at the Bophana Audiovisual Center, showcasing emerging talent in person and diverse narratives.
Hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, this pilot edition is organized by the Bophana Center, Arts for Kep, Cambodia Film Commission, and Cinema Department & Cultural Diffusion. Official partners include the United Nations in Cambodia, UNDP, Kep West and Knai Bang Chatt. The event aims at fostering cultural dialogue and community bonding through film at venues across Kep, enhanced by the presence of filmmakers and special guests.

ខេត្តកែប ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា – មហោស្រពភាពយន្តអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា (CIFF) សហការជាមួយ “សិល្បៈដើម្បីកែប” សូមបង្ហាញនូវមោទនភាពនៃកម្មវិធី “ CIFF 360” នៅខេត្តកែប ដែល ជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមថ្មីមួយដើម្បីនាំយកភាពអស្ចារ្យនៃវិស័យភាពយន្តមកបណ្តាខេត្តនានារបស់កម្ពុជា។ ចាប់ពី ថ្ងៃទី 23 ដល់ថ្ងៃទី 25 ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ 2025 ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ចុងសប្តាហ៍មួយនេះ។ កម្មវិធីថ្មីស្រឡាងហៅថា “ CIFF 360” ផ្តល់ជូនលោកអ្នកនូវការបញ្ចាំងភាពយន្តដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ និងសកម្មភាពអន្តរកម្ម នៅក្នុងបរិយាកាសរស់រវើកនៃវប្បធម៌នៃខេត្តកែប ដោយមានវត្តមានចូលរួមពីសមិទ្ធិករភាពយន្ត និងភ្ញៀវពិសេសជាច្រើនរូបផងដែរ។
កម្មវិធី CIFF 360 នៅខេត្តកែប នឹងរៀបចំការបញ្ចាំងនៅទីតាំងល្បីៗ រួមមាន The Wave @ Kep West និង The Lounge @ Kep West Wellness Center នៅពេលថ្ងៃ ដែលបង្កើតបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងគួរអោយទាក់ទាញ។ មហោស្រពចាប់ផ្តើមជាមួយនឹងកម្មវិធី Opening Night នៅ ថ្ងៃទី 23 ឧសភា ដែលបង្ហាញពីភាពយន្តឯកសារដ៏ល្បីរបស់សមិទ្ធិករភាពយន្តអាមេរិកលោក John Pirozzi ដែលមានចំណងជើងថា ៖«កុំស្មានបងភ្លេច ខ្មែរបាត់បង់តន្រ្តីរ៉ក់» ដែលរំលឹកនូវអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ វិស័យតន្ត្រីដ៏រស់រវើកនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមុនសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម។ ចំណុចពិសេសៗរួមមាន ភាពយន្តខ្មែរ-កាណាដា Loot: A Story of Crime and Redemption ដែលជាការរុករកដ៏មានឥទ្ធិពលនៃការស្ដារឡើងវិញនូវបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ ដែលបង្ហាញវត្តមានរបស់សហអ្នកនិពន្ធកម្ពុជាលោក អ៊ុច មករា រួមជាមួយនឹងភាពយន្តឯកសារខ្លីៗ និងភាពយន្តជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចកម្ពុជា ស្តីពីជីវិតកម្ពុជា ដែលផលិតដោយផលិតករវ័យក្មេង ដែលបានទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសោតទស្សន៍បុប្ផាណា ការបង្ហាញទេពកោសល្យប្លែកៗ។
រៀបចំដោយ ក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ កម្មវិធីភាពយន្តតាមខេត្តសាកល្បងនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំដោយ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបុប្ផាណា សិល្បៈ សម្រាប់ខេត្តកែប គណៈកម្មការភាពយន្តកម្ពុជា និង នាយកដ្ឋានភាពយន្ត និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ ។ ដៃគូផ្លូវការរួមមាន អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា UNDP, Kep West និង Knai Bang Chatt ។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសន្ទនាវប្បធម៌ និងការផ្សារភ្ជាប់សហគមន៍តាមរយៈខ្សែភាពយន្តនៅទីកន្លែងនានាទូទាំងខេត្តកែប ដែលត្រូវបានពង្រឹងដោយវត្តមានរបស់ផលិតករភាពយន្ត និងភ្ញៀវពិសេស។
លោក Cedric Eloy នាយកមហោស្រពភាពយន្ត CIFF មានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ “ CIFF 360 នៅខេត្តកែប គឺនិយាយអំពីវិមជ្ឈការក្នុងការចូលប្រើប្រាស់វប្បធម៌ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ភាពយន្ត ដើម្បីអប់រំ បំផុសគំនិត និងភ្ជាប់សហគមន៍។ យើងពិតជារំភើបរីករាយក្នុងការអបអរសាទរទេពកោសល្យកម្ពុជា និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរនៅក្នុងខេត្តដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាតនេះ”។
លោក Jef Moons ស្ថាបនិកសិល្បៈខេត្តកែប មានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ “កែបតែងតែជាកន្លែងនៃសម្រស់ធម្មជាតិ និងថាមពលច្នៃប្រឌិត។ ជាមួយនឹងកម្មវិធី CIFF 360 យើងនឹងប្រែក្លាយវាទៅជាដំណាក់កាលវប្បធម៌ ដែលរឿងរ៉ាវមានជីវិត សម្លេងយុវជនសម័យថ្មីត្រូវបានឮ ហើយសហគមន៍ប្រមូលផ្តុំមិនត្រឹមតែដើម្បីមើលភាពយន្តប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែ ថែមទាំងមានអារម្មណ៍បំផុសគំនិតពីពួកគេផងដែរ។”
